In case of a return shipment, the carrier charges a fee for performing this procedure. The corresponding amount will be deducted from your balance in the system, and you will be additionally notified via email.
If, during shipment processing, the carrier records dimensions that differ from those declared at the time of booking, the shipping cost may be recalculated according to the actual measured parameters.
In case of disagreement with such recalculation, the finance department may submit a request to dispute the carrier’s decision. To do this, you need to send the following to the support chat:
- photos of the package from all sides with a ruler clearly showing the actual dimensions;
- a photo of the package on scales with the visible weight.
These materials are required to be forwarded to the carrier for verification and possible revision of the charges.
