If you are sending goods for storage to a warehouse in the USA and are not using SkladUSA delivery services, your goods are being delivered by other companies.
Your shipment must be created in the SkladUSA system on time before the shipment will be delivered to our warehouse.
(Otherwise, it will not be possible to identify the shipment in time and accept it for storage)

Press the button "FBM" and then click on "Add new"
Specify the date of sending the parcel to the warehouse in the USA, add the tracking number, and, if necessary, add a comment

You can add the required quantity of goods for shipment (by pressing the button "Add product")
If necessary, you can create a new product right when you are creating the shipment
Click the "Add product" button (in the "Create a new product" field) and enter the necessary description of the product

Before sending the product to the warehouse, be sure to download the labeling and mark each unit of the product
The "Marking" button is a document for printing on a regular printer
The "Thermal print" button is a document for printing on a thermal printer
The quality of labeling for goods stored in the warehouse is extremely important for the efficient operation of the warehouse and, accordingly, order processing.
We use a barcode scanner at the warehouse to find the required goods, so several recommendations for labeling goods can be highlighted:
1. The product code cannot be handwritten on the product.
2. The product must have labeling printed by the SkladUSA system, which contains the UPC code, SKU code, and barcode.
3. The labeling printing should be of high quality and suitable for scanning. Too small or blurry barcodes may not scan.
4. When creating a product, do not fill in the field with the UPC code (except if your product is already in stock), and the system will generate the UPC code for your product automatically
Therefore, if your labeling does not meet the requirements, difficulties arise with scanning the goods and, as a result, errors occur in forming orders. We recommend checking the operability of the printed barcode on the labeling
